One Response to “Kentucky”

  1. When I lived in Floridia I signed up to donate my body with Anatomy Gifts Registry when I pass. We received a letter in the mail stating they could no longer donate because of transportion costs out side the Atlanta area. Please send me two applicattions for my husband and myself. To the above address.
    Thank- you
